I thought it was strange that a guy like Cyrus with all the MBAs and PHDs after his name wouldnt have sense enough to register the Biovega LLC in CA.

Kinda proves not registering Biovega was intentional due to the fact CMA Consultants LLC was duly registered in a timely and legal fashion.

Question is, since the non registration of Biovega appears to be intentional, what is the reason that entity is being hidden from the Authorities in CA?
