i don't like all the preferred shares Frank is giving himself through Ludwig (spelling?) holdings but it is what it is.

they're not profitable enough to sustain moving forward while still growing over 50% per year, so they'll either need agreements or to continue selling shares
which is to be expected.

my hope is they stop around 35-40m shares

but we'll see in time
