For what it’s worth, from what I’m told, Twitter doesn’t infringe on the Mobile Gateway Patent (s). They don’t make calls. Probably the reason they weren’t included along with the others, in Waco. Therefore, why then would they try suing VPLM regarding their Mobile Gateway patents, in NDCA?

It’ll be dismissed as well, IMHO
