HYSR... First of all, yes the product proved itself a couple of years ago as the prototype Gen1 device! The emphasis right now is to ENLARGE the Gen1 into the Gen2 product!
As I understand it, the Gen 2 device has already been built to commercial scale but using materials of a lesser grade than the latest "Subatomic" materials that will give the Gen2 product all kinds of advantages when placed in the field!
The cost of those Nano materials are not cheap, especially when few, if any, Co's provide the stuff! They will be costly for sure, but should pay for itself in time in the form of greater efficiency and durability! Tim wants the very latest materials, and wont settle for anything less! The guys are working hard to find suppliers at this point, but are having problems finding what they want?
I did suggested a couple of Co's to them that I dealt with in the last 5-6 years, that were leading the way with "GRAPHENE" & Nano materials, especially with Graphene that proved to be about 10X more durable than steel Graphene is the Nano equivalent of Graphite! That's what the most pure basic form of single Atomic metal sheets can do when not contaminated by other materials that tend to weaken the strongest of Bonds when single pure atoms connect with their own kind! One of the Co's I mentioned was Lomiko out of Canada?
I will try to dig up more info regarding costs, but this phase almost promises to be the most expensive one!
