Check their FINS. They put all profit into assets each quarter. Each quarter their profits are rolled into property purchases and their Asset value increases.

Exactly what a shareholder wants from a company looking for a buyout! IMO.

They are raising money to liven up their Moosehorn mine. Once they complete this financing round the asset value will jump again as the mine goes live. There are already 39000 oz. ($67M) confirmed at Moosehorn and they will be spending $$$ to get the confirmation up to 100000 oz. ($170M).
