Its product pipeline includes OK-101 for Dry Eye Disease (DED), OK-101 for Non-ophthalmic Indications, and OK-201 to treat corneal neuropathic pain. The OK-101 is its lead preclinical product candidate, which is focused on keratoconjunctivitis sicca commonly known as DED which is a multifactorial disease caused by an underlying inflammation resulting in the lack of lubrication and moisture in the surface of the eye.
