Are we closer to a Bottom than a High?

Does anyone really believe that we have more downside than upside in PVSP?

Company market cap less than $6M on trailing revenue of $17M plus, makes no sense what so ever and that is what markets do, they over contract and then over extend prices.

Value is what you are paying for and currently it is so undervalued that it is laughable.

Accumulation continues for the smart investors, day traders not so much, LOL
