Jack, it would create a huge dilution and after doing a $5 billion dollar placement last time I don't think they do anything until they pump the price up to decrease the damage to the stock. Remember, Andy does not get his big payout unless he gets us to $100 by sometime in 2024. Also, MS will want it up so they can limit dilution. Remember they burned investors last time at $60 a share and they have never recovered. Would they risk that again?
