The company, or Nasdaq and the SEC? Or all of them, LOL?

I looked back through a year full of yahoo releases and couldn't find where this happened to them a year ago, as was reported yesterday. My gut says that if they didn't stop trading yesterday, then why would they today? That said, some have voiced concerns that that might just happen.
