These actions should be completed in due course. We remain in ongoing negotiations and are awaiting the outcome of the same.

For far too long, we have “pandered to shareholder DEMANDS”. That policy has now ended. This follows your Directors’ having obtained professional advice and legal opinions due to their absolute frustrations over crazed and ridiculous nonstop E Mail messages.
We can confirm that critical “third parties” involved in the GNCC business are unhappy with the Company’s stock price performance and due to economic slowdowns and weak equity markets; are reconsidering their involvement with our Company. This may result in a radical restructuring, this we have no doubt; will come as no surprise to any of our shareholders.
