Yes nothing about this ticker is usual in OTC. I believe they are suppressing information due to a material event which cannot be disclosed just yet. Could be waiting to be finalized could be they do not want pinky rats calling and annoying the entities involved. Of course that’s just my take because I DO NOT believe they are incompetent or cannot put together financials or issue press Release.
