strategic deal with Black Dragon Resources Inc., (BDGR). Both
companies are involved in exploratory development in Moldavia. Auri inc.,
will have Evap Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary to add to the fracking
process that Black Dragon Resources Inc., (BDGR) will be using to extract
oil and natural gas.
Auri Inc. has been assisting BDGR by providing Art assets and Art NFT’s

developments and embrace new distribution territories in Moldavia, and
