I was not wondering about that, as you can see we both posted basically the same message at the same time. I have though been wondering about this comment below.

The application reduces WNBD financing costs by reducing discounts, if approved.

What is he saying or suggesting with - by reducing discounts ? I have my thought on it but curious if any others have on what he is getting at.? Also don't see how the application itself reduces anything, only if funds are raised, perhaps that was the intent meaning.
