Climber18, LTTHF_is at_US$0.40 today._If the_consolidation happened today_then
you as a Bearing shareholder would get US$0.28 for each US$0.23 share of BLILF you own... so in effect you would be making an "extra" 5 cents on the consolidation transaction which one could argue (as you are apparently) is indeed a fairly good reason to buy BLILF (Bearing) today as opposed to buying LPI (ie LTHHF) today.
