They're not putting exact dates and times on the process but rather how it will flow from one part of the process to the next. It would be irresponsible on their part to name exact dates or even appx dates that this, that and the other will be completed. There are too many moving parts and requirements that can cause a week delay here or 10 days there., etc. Next thing you know its 3 weeks off course. Besides, it looks as though he's prepping to release that info anyway.
