Shorts - no need to cover. HPNN is insolvent. Bankruptcy (forced) is likely, since HPNN owes $9 million (its entire market cap) to one person, and now the CEO has a warrant against him in that case, and will go to jail if he does not appear in court.

Still only around $975-worth of HPNN shares short, which basically can be covered in one trade.
