what are the items in this restructuring and what is left to be done- seems +4yrs should be enough time to paper everything up? the players in this restructuring seem to have all they need- why should they pay for BIOAQ IP rights if they are just using the technology & operating the business anyhow? seems its much cheaper for them to just pay $250k/yr in legal bills to keep kicking BIOAQ down the road should BIOAQ ragtag shareholders ever were to organize to fund/pursue a legal remedy against LCY/Visolis/Deepak/PWC/etc...
