$OKYO 2.10, recent IPO where they issued under 1m shares @ $4, surprised this one has not been run yet due to the extreme low float:

03:08 AM EDT, 05/17/2022 (MT Newswires) -- OKYO Pharma Limited priced an underwritten public offering of 625,000 American Depositary Shares at $4.00 per ADS, with expected gross proceeds of approximately $2.5 million.

The underwriters were also granted a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 93,750 ADS to cover possible over-allotments.
