Thanks for the reply. Resolving the note and share structure is the mega news needed here. Especially with the dilution as documented by don in the message below.

Ive read all those theories but those have been out there for over a year now with nothing. What are they waiting for? Plenty of cash on hand? Did they really buy the shares or just give themselves these perfereed shares to control vote to increase AS . If note holder friendly pull the certs and lets go?

Instead i expect a big increase in AS and blah blah blah. Hope i am 100% wrong but 99% chance I wont be.
