Climber18,_for over_a year_I rallied BRZ_management to_accept nothing_less than_1.82_LPI
shares for each Bearing share in any "consolidation" move with my spreadsheet FV (future value) proofs pegged/derived over 2 to 4 years out, but my encouragement fell on deaf ears in Vancouver/Florida. Effectively we will be forced to settle on 0.7 LPI shares for each Bearing share which is difficult to quantify dollar wise until LPI creates Western Lithium and spins out its Western Australian assets to then create the "pure play" Maricunga play https://app.sharelinktechnologies.com/announcement/asx/66fa7180eeddcaa4e16994f0e05e1399

TheGekko and a few of his senior buddies/goombahs value LPI in its non-construction non-mining state as a AU$2.00/share (US$1.40/share) stock and I could agree that this is a fair valuation for a potential15,200mtpa to 20,000mtpa miner in a Chile not devolved into a disastrous Venezuela II status which then puts us (ie Bearing) at 70% of US$1.40 or US$0.98/share and that is where we are simply boringly now headed "mechanically" barring any major "upset the apple cart" changes like BYD or Tesla announcing they are going to try a hostile takeover of LPI/Bearing before August 22 which could emotionally double Bearing up to US$1.96/share in that best-case wonderful glorious upheaval.

It is still too hard to set the Bearing price in relation to LPI's ups/downs of late and I would steer clear of trying to solidify that dependence-driven relationship until they complete their DeMerger process. You can't tell just yet what babies are going to get tossed out the window with the bath water on this DeMerger so it is somewhat hard to correctly value the resultant LPI company which looks to be morphing into a more-concentrated MSB sans the old SpA designation/moniker. If the DeMerger gets postponed until after September/October then that process becomes a significant factor on Bearings' future and could impact our shares' value in a way that will sadly be very nearly out of our hands completely to control/sway.
