I saw a potential red flag with this: "while I remain CEO". hmmmm. Is he implying (or Freudian slipping?) that when this merger takes place that he will NOT remain CEO of the newly-merged company? If true, then all bets are off.

We all need to watch this closely. I think a lot of us have over 1-2 million shares. While some have predicted the SP could/might/perhaps go to a $1, wouldn't that imply that IGEX would merge INTO a larger company and, hence, IGEX would no longer exist? I know, I'm postulating here. Nobody knows . . .
