Im not expecting the secondary until 2023 at the earliest. it will depend what cash buffer they think they need to support the JVs especially and cash burn from expensive gray H2 which will be gradually falling.

They could of couse go earlier if they accelerate their 500TPD plan and need to start building H2 sites to seed into the new hubs the Govt are funding.

Whether a secondary will be negative wil very much depend on the circumstances and the use it will be put to. The Feds ridiculous interest rate increases do not help either. Project financing will be more expensive making using cash a better option.
