Personally,

I found the "PR" from Lawrence to be a low point for his tenure at ECSL. But still don't see a reason for anyone to be selling as yet.

The LOI itself is nice but worthless unless deal with Lorton closes. And then maybe a definitive deal comes to fruition. But something to give investors who might be looking.

For the rest of the WORLD ...... EINNews ? Everyone's Internet News ? REALLY ? That news went NOWHERE. Google "Cyberfuels" and you get nothing. Change the settings to filter for the last week .... YOU GET NOTHING BUT THE EIN site and couple other hits. Go any brokerage news feed, any stock news outlet ...... nada.

Obviously a purposeful decision by ECSL to put the "news" out via that channel. Why was it not sent out via normal newswire channels ??

I find the content of the "PR" interesting.
-Headline is poor.
-Deal will work in conjunction with Cyberfuels current distribution. THERE IS NO DISTRIBUTION
-A new way to tell investors deal isn't closing AGAIN.
-Only a few companies have this tech so not hard to see who might be.
-ECSL been developing efuels for 8 years ?? eFuels definition as it is today is nothing like ECSL has been touting for 8 years. R&D over last eight years ? Sounds like pure BS.

Anyway, definitely a purposeful "PR" delivery from ECSL. Why it was done this way is very curious.

The positive ? Deal with Lorton still pending.
The rest ? You fill in the blank.

Investors vote with their money. Obvious no one bought the PR.
