Decriminalization negates the need for banking reform IMO. But I'm betting the banking reform passes first.

If I had a nickel for every CEO's hoped market share that took much longer than they said (or didn't materialize) I wouldn't need the OTC. But I do see this as hitting a penny in the next year or two, which makes these prices a great bargain for longs.
