Nope. Judge was bizzy and did nott rule n squat - pushed it back a month with a new CONference in August. Yesterday waos about a 4-5 minute waste of time - Seeger should have just rescheduled it again before it occurred. He seemed very bizzy and anxious to get back to whatever was preoccupying him.

Seeger said he may rule on the ~OUTTstanding motions either at the August status CONference or before that in written rulings on PACER.
