Getting close to that magical 9,912,000,000 mark of shares left for sale. That's IF VPER is the only one selling shares since their "financing" announcement. Level 2 must be a bunch of people sitting much lower because they know they'll be able to get cheaper shares. VPER will be forced to open the flood gates at some point, though they do have preferreds that they could sell directly to someone with money to burn.
