One other point about Cross and Company.

Cross and Company may not technically be an "insider" but I believe I dug around a year or 2 ago and found that Cross and Company is basically "related" to the MJNA "family".

47% of the company is owned or controlled by insiders. Add to that potentially 26 million more friendly shares and that allows AXIM to control negotiations in a buyout scenario.

Please, no need to laugh at or ridicule this comment. It could happen. If AXIM DED line becomes financially viable they will become an acquisition target at some point.

When and if that happens, AXIM still has control.
