Slow day here. As far as filing an 8K to further disclose the intricate details of the transaction, $HIRU is NOT an SEC filer, they're alternate reporting aka a pink only filer. They are NOT required by the SEC to file an 8K as an 8K is an SEC filing. That's not to say Kathryn won't file an 8K but she is NOT required to do so and has only filed one this year and a few last year.

It's funny for me to see the level some people stoop to in order to try to cast doubt, skepticism, etc. but no worries your hard core knowledgeable full-time stock professional is here to get things straight and I'm happy to help out for the good of the $HIRU family :)
