I think so too. It's why I added a bit this morning. Can it go lower, sure. But I don't have a crystal ball. They hired an auditor on June 20, let's just keep that in mind. I find it hard to believe they would do that and think there was no way that this LOI could fall through. The audit is happening now. I'm willing to wait as well, and willing to average down further if more panic ensues.
