The most encouraging fact is that we have seen a big jump in price and volume with no news announcement. In the past, any price upswing was always preceded by a promise of something good coming announcement. There has not been a press release for a few weeks. Now is the time for HNRC to start building investor trust by making announcements about what they DID, not what is coming. Let us know that we closed on the Cunningham acquisition, we closed on the water treatment acquisition, we started work on the 80+ wells, the SPAC closed on a deal, we are filing audited financials and we are ready to uplist the stock. All of these previously announced future events need to start coming true. While the stock dividend is a nice bonus, I can't see it being distributed until late 4th quarter and most likely in the first quarter of 2023. The earliest distribution would be 90 days after an announcement. And the value of the stock dividend we are going to receive will be based on earnings, not asset value. So far there has been no information provided regarded earnings for the assets being split off and what the past earnings have been for the remaining HNRC company. Investors need more transparency from the company in order to make smart decisions. There is lots of great potential but we need more financial clarity for it to all make sense. A well-written press release explaining how this is going to work would do wonders for the stock price.
