That is not the way I interpret the news about the spin off chip company. As I understand from the press release the chip company will be NASDQ !

Cytta Corp will still have to meet NASDAQ requirements for CYCA to up list from QB to the NASDQ .

As for quarterly reports 2nd quarter ending June should come out mid August. I do not believe there were any sales made April though June therefore I’m not expecting to see sales in this 2nd quarterly report !

But 3rd quarter ( July through September) which will come out mid November, I am expecting to see some good sales numbers as well as the spinoff of the chip company!
