good news terry is keeping this pink current with new filing, no dilution of shares for over a year. I would expect next quarter they will need to pay some bills but he is keeping expense at a minimum which is positive.

Question for any lawyer or stock professional is does the $9.1mil judgement need to be paid at the stock price they mention OR can the company issue the shares at the current stock price to satisfy the $9.1mil?

If the second option is correct then terry has an opportunity to create alot of hype and a favorable stock price with the mining news he should be coming out with.
