You might be correct, but I believe now it doesn't matter here with PLPL due to the PR recently released to terminate the Non-Binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to license the exclusive rights of the Puriblood technology.

I'm guessing by the additional comments mentioned within the PR, the management do have a plan to move forward to better prepare PLPL for something coming in here in the future:

Plandai is continuing its evaluation of several potential strategic opportunities to bring value to its shareholders. On June 20, 2022, the Company engaged Hudgens, CPAs to conduct an independent audit of its financial statements for the years ended June 30, 2022 and 2021. The Company intends to file a registration statement upon completion.
