Lost opportunity.
It was suggested several times as long ago as two years, that a class action be filed. Had there been one filed at the time, there is a chance that shareholders could have recovered some of their lost investment. I believe it safe to say that opportunity has expired and losses can only be recaptured by writing them off as a capital loss on
your income tax.
