Yes, the A/S structure was well known thanks to the record that was kept by one of the posters here for well over a year now. This was a blank check company with a plan by Conrad Huss to do some unknown type of business. Well look what Conrad Huss did for the shareholders. Their is a business plan here now, and there is revenue that will be made. When Bowmo adds shares to the AS, it will be to grow the business. When the AS goes up it will drop the share price but when the business grows it will go up in price. So will Bowmo make more revenue or more dilution as it grows? That's what should be focused on!
