Still no 10-K. Something is very wrong with Mexus (I mean beyond the issues we all know about already).

Either they couldn't afford the audit, or the auditor found an issue with the financials that has caused the company to suspend the audit (and the 10-K filing).

The day of reckoning may be at hand.
