I hear ya - tons of question marks. We don't know about the LOI and what may happen, plus recession risks. We can say that wouldn't necessarily affect an OTC stock, but we don't know that. This is OTC land anything can happen. I think that's why we see so many pros on here trying to bring the stock down.
