its is clearly wanted by the management: 1. they want to get the votes to do it 2. they keep pushing the deal out until after they get #1. the management wants to destroy shareholder value with that crazy split and AS raise. think about it. they want it. what does it tell you about them caring about shareholder value? they dont give a flying f.. about us.
