Jetblack Corp. (OTCM: JTBK) would like to provide an update regarding status of the company. Management stated, "JTBK has made progress in negotiations with one of our acquisition targets. The target is a small revenue producing company with great potential. We have informally agreed on terms with the seller and are working towards a binding purchase agreement. Company anticipates an executed agreement within 30 days. Company will update with details once a definitive binding purchase agreement has been executed."



Company anticipates funding the acquisition with the CEO returning shares to the treasury for cancellation, in parallel an identical amount will be issued to the selling party. Company anticipates there will be no effect on the outstanding share count for this acquisition.
