OT: Investing for a minor
Hi everyone. I have been lurking here for months. I have about 45k ERHE shares and will be adding some more soon. I was hoping that I might get some help, My father gave me $10,000 to invest for my 9 year old son . I am wondering if I should keep the money in my name, put it in my sons name and ss#, or some other way. Of course I don't want my son to blow it all the day he turns 18, it is for college, house down payment, continued investing, etc. My question is , how do you all do it?
to try and keep this a little bit on topic, I will also say that I plan on buying ERHE with up to 10% of this money.
