My take is it's an inside job! Maybe some coders that didn't get paid or outside forces pissed off at NSAV that did this. All these guys are out of Hong Kong. Who the hell knows who all the players are here.

You get this when you don't have a corporate structure in place, no CEO, CFO, CTO...etc.!

Sit n wait and see how SBC/NSAV handles this!
