Yes I have never said it was a fact. But those D-Day posts sure seem to imply prior knowledge of the suspension. And considering those folks may have been organizing a complaint campaign it is worth investigating. Especially since the investors in Cyberkey are the victims the campaign.

And like I said CKYS still has to show the money. But potential stock manipulation and SEC leaks does deserve scrutiny.
