They still DON'T, and probably won't. Lack of credible information for past 2-20 years. Playing games with the accounting. Way Overpaid management. Little game they played last year with the compensation owed, plus interest accrued (which never should have happened) for preferred shares. The purchase of a ghost company for shares and it's supposed inventory. They have a lot of explaining to do, before they will ever be taken serious. Stock price will tank into the trips due to this.

I realize they are strapped and dug a hole so deep they can't get out. Will probably default on the (21) Cities contract due to lack of funding and merit before this ends.

Once he gets this funding - he'll reverse split this so fast, very obvious.

Time will tell.
