I sent it to the FBI as a crime tip. (https://tips.fbi.gov/) I think a law enforcement agency outside of the SEC needs to investigate this investigation or at least the leak. Here's Stark's email if you want to send it. I spoke to a guy from his office but he kind of blew it off like it wasn't possible. Here is his email. Maybe Stark himself will have greater interest.

I see two issues here. One has to do with CKYS answering the charges. The other has to do with the origination of the complaints and the possible leaking of information about the suspension. People that the SEC may have leaked this information to could have sold before the suspension. Actually they could have sold to those of us that are holding now.
