From what I understand
It means ward is about to file all his Q’s

We were an Sec registered filer, that’s why it cost 50k$ but alternative filer much cheaper, he had to file form 15-12g to not have to file the old expensive way

We will trade soon, of course it could still dump to lows but it could rally big on expected news
