Yes but it looks like the SEC leaked information about the suspension to a few people. I think that should be investigated. You're right that we don't know all the details yet but it looks like somebody that had been spearheading a complaint campaign had prior knowledge of the suspension. Could just be one guy at the SEC and Stark probably doesn't have any knowledge of it but he should want that leak investigated. I'm not saying that JP doesn't have to answer the charge, he does Releasing audited financial reports should basically answer it.
