Not necessarily absurd. Some acquisitions/mergers are more complicated than others.

This is especially true with private investment companies. If its Leonite Capital might be even more complicated because they have been operating as a "Family Business". Avi has to be very careful not to mess up any special advantages he might have from that designation (I'm thinking of tax consequences).
