Good Morning All! Here are my thoughts on the CEO statement.

Now that I've had time to digest yesterdays CEO statement, I am very pleased with what I read.

I like many other here, have posted that we need these two things to be completed. One was the Forex deal. Two was the name/cusip change. It looks as if we could have both by months end. How would like you these two month end pr's?

Number One: Cash Now is proud to announce the launching of it's test Forex platform.

Number Two Cash Now (formerly known as Shorty Heaven Inc.) will change their name to Esprit Financial Group. Also, a cusip change will also go into effect with this name change on March first.

I believe the Forex release will happen as scheduled. You have to also think that they will be working hard to get the name cusip change completed ASAP as well. Garr hates the shorts as much as we do.

I love the potential with Forex. Garr is targeting the right area here in my opinion.

Now, did I her everything on my list? No, nor did I expect to really. We still need to hear about the 10Q SB. that was number three on my list. I'm willing to let him complete the cusip/name change first. Then he can finish or at least report on the target date for the filing.

Here is something else to think about. If everything continues as promised. The Forex platform success, the name/Cusip change, and the 10Q filing. Tell me that CHNW would not look juicy to a big investment banking group or other financial institution for a buy out/merger? Just a thought.

In closing, I am still excited about the news we have all heard since Garr as taken over. I love his old school mentality. Slow and steady. It seems he has his list of priority's, and is completing them, one by one. I for one, will continue to support him in his endeavors to bring this company up from the ashes.

I plan on holding through 07 myself. That's just me though.

Respects to the board and all the posters here.
MNM
