With all the discounted shares Blue Oar gets every month, he must be selling shares regularly because he would eventually own over 5% of the shares and have to report to the SEC. He doesn’t somehow have to report even though he is thr CEO’s son. I would like to know how many shares he is selling especially at these pps levels. It would be wonderful to boot Blue Oar off the payroll and maybe this might improve.
