I could see them expressing their Hopes & Dreams, as they would to pump their stock to anyone. But they are not going to give out Insider Information like their exact plans regarding the SS.
That is just not going to happen.....legally.
So if they say we want to make it onto the NASDAQ, they are not going to tell 1 shareholder over the phone, that they are going to use a R/S to get there. (As an example)
